An automatic pool cover is a complete system. Fabric, tracks, drive mechanism, roller, housing, controls and drainage must work together. A fabric quote without track type, housing drainage and drive location is not a specification. A safety cover claim is not the same as a debris cover. If the specification cites ASTM F1346, the fabric, tracks, anchors and operating limits have to match that claim. Write the intended use (safety, heat, debris, evaporation) on the RFQ so bidders do not mix products.
